NewsChannel 34 operates the ABC and NBC affiliates for the Greater Binghamton market. We offer customizable internships in our news department for students receiving academic credit. The internship can be tailored to the applicant's strengths and interests. This would include writing, reporting, videography and video editing. Interns are given the opportunity to contribute, not just observe. Interns are given the opportunity to write scripts, shoot and edit video and practice being on camera. NC34 is a weekday operation, internships are available during normal business hours, no evenings or weekends. Our TV station is not on a bus line so transportation is necessary.
